Jo & Graeme were married on the 8th August 2014 at St.Michaels and All Angels Church, Middleton Tyas and had a lovely reception at Headlam Hall.
We arrived at Jo’s Mum’s house on the morning to find everyone very calm. Gemma Blair was just putting the finishing touches to Jo’s hairstyle with a sparkly headdress and she looked so pretty! We took some detail shots of the gorgeous flowers by Eliza Blooms and then it was time for Jo to get changed into her stunning dress from Curvy Bridal of Boroughbridge. She looked so beautiful and radiant and brought a tear to her Mum’s eyes! The bridesmaids wore lovely, emerald green dresses from Poppy Bridal which looked fantastic against Jo’s beautiful, red hair and the soft pink of the flowers.
Over at the church, Graeme was starting to get very nervous as guests arrived, but him and his groomsmen looked the part in their suits from Affleck & Moffatt. Jo & her Dad arrived under a rain shower, but it didn’t matter, as two attentive ushers were ready with umbrellas to escort them into church! The service was lovely in such a pretty, little church and the weather brightened up during the service. After walking out into a sea of smiling faces and a cloud of confetti, the newly weds travelled in style with GW Holmes to Headlam Hall.
We got some lovely shots of the happy couple around Headlam Hall’s stunning grounds and Jo’s Dad had a great time jumping about with the girls!!
The Edwardian Suite was decorated beautifully for the wedding breakfast, in a gorgeous vintage style by Eliza Blooms and their fantastic cake by Heavenly Created Cakes featured Jo, Graeme and their cats! The happy couple & guests alike had a fantastic evening full of food, wine, laughter and dancing!
