Natalie and Greg were married on the 16th of June 2013 at, the beautiful, Headlam Hall near Gainford. We are very proud to be on Headlam Hall’s recommended suppliers list and always look forward to going there because of it’s wonderful grounds!
Natalie started the day getting ready at her Mum’s house and looked absolutely beautiful in her dress from Wedding Day Fashions and Headdress from Filipa Scott. Together with a stunning bouquet from Flowers by Nattrass, Natalie was so pretty and very excited for the day ahead. The bridesmaids wore lovely coral pink dresses from Wedding Day Fashions and, together with the three pretty flower girls, looked very elegant.
Meanwhile, at the King’s Head Hotel in Darlington, Greg and ‘the boys’ were getting ready in a cloud of hairspray and hair straighteners! Who said girls take longer to get ready?! After a kravat tying lesson from Greg, all the lads looked really smart in their suits from Affleck and Moffatt and decided to celebrate with a swig from their hip flasks!
Natalie, her Mum and bridesmaids arrived at Headlam Hall in style with, the wonderful, Lovedub Cars, who we would recommend to anyone. The service in the bright and airy Edwardian Suite was lovely, and afterwards Natalie and Greg walked out to all their guests blowing bubbles.
After photographs with the cars, round the beautiful grounds, groups and, of course, with their dog who was a guest of honour, we photographed the room ready for the wedding breakfast. It looked so pretty and the piece de resistence was a wonderful cake by Burnett 4 Cakes, another favourite supplier of ours.
After a wonderful meal and a best man’s speech in song form, Natalie, Greg and all their guests were treated to music from So Shoddy Woddy and everyone had a great time!
