Laura & Simon were married at Headlam Hall on the 7th September 2013. Headlam Hall is a fantastic wedding venue and we are thrilled to be on their list of recommended suppliers.
We arrived at Headlam Hall and were happy to see lots of late summer sunshine! Laura looked beautiful having just had her make-up done by Alison Petitjean, Alison also styles some of our studio makeovers so comes highly recommended by us! Whilst Laura had finishing touches done to her hair, we photographed Simon and his groomsmen and close family, looking great in their suits from Baker’s the Tailors of Middlesbrough.
Then it was time for Laura to get changed into her stunning dress from Elizabeth George Bridal and everyone was wowed at how lovely she looked, especially Dad who had a tear in his eye! Together with her bridesmaids, who wore purple dresses, again from Elizabeth George, all the girls had beautiful bouquets from Flowerhouse of Hartburn, which created the perfect finishing touch to all the outfits.
The service was lovely after Laura was led in with her Dad, looking so confident and radiant and afterwards everyone gathered on the terrace for drinks and to congratulate the happy couple whilst being entertained by Saxophonist, Harry Mears. After a few group photos, we walked around the grounds with Laura & Simon and were lucky enough to have a beautiful blue sky as our background as well as Headlam Hall’s stunning grounds!
When we arrived back at the Edwardian Suite to look at the room, we were all in agreement that it looked simply wonderful! With decoration by Wildchild’s and Flower House and a fabulous cake by Baked & Iced, the room looked fantastic and more than ready for a night of celebrations!
