Sarah & James were married on 28th June 2014 at Headlam Hall near Darlington. We are always excited to go to Headlam Hall as it is such a fab venue with beautiful gardens!
Sarah was having the finishing touches done to her hair and make-up by Serene Beauty and Emma’s Hair Freelance when we arrived at her house before the wedding. She looked really happy, beautiful and excited and couldn’t wait to get into her lovely dress from Northallerton Bridal Factory Outlet. Sarah looked stunning, as did her daughter and bridesmaids and all had gorgeous bouquets from Fairfield Florists.
Over at Headlam Hall, James was busy keeping his son amused. Luckily, Headlam Hall has some fantastic walls to climb and grass to run around on! James enjoyed greeting guests as they made their way to the Edwardian Suite and soon Sarah was due to arrive. Crystal Wedding Cars had the honour of transporting the beautiful bride to her wedding and Sarah walked into the ceremony to many a teary eye and smiling face.
The service was lovely, with a heartfelt reading from Kay, Sarah’s sister and afterwards everyone blew bubbles as the newly weds walked through. After a few group photos we walked around the beautiful gardens with the happy couple and got some lovely, romantic shots, whilst the guests were entertained by saxophonist Harry Mears.
Then it was time for the party to really get started! The room was beautifully decorated with button-covered table numbers for a quirky, vintage effect and designed and made by the bride and groom themselves! They assure us that they never want to glue another button in their lives! Everyone enjoyed the speeches and danced the night away to Headlam Hall’s resident DJ.
Sarah & James were thrilled with their photographs and are, very much, looking forward to their honeymoon in October.
