Hannah & Frazer were married on 29th August 2014 at St.Andrews Church, Bishop Auckland and had a wonderful reception at Headlam Hall near Darlington. A fantastic venue, which was voted one of the 100 finest places to stay in England by The Sunday Times!
The day began at Hannah’s parent’s house. There was such a great atmosphere, as everyone enjoyed a glass of bubbly while they got ready for the big day. Natalie Littlefair of Dollheads, Shildon styled the hair and Fiona of Retreat Beauty, Shildon was the make-up artist and both did a fantastic job of making Hannah, her Mum and bridesmaids look absolutely gorgeous! Hannah bought her dress from Darlington town centre bridal shop, Dobinson’s who have been providing brides with their perfect dresses since 1970 and she looked completely stunning!
Hannah & Frazer chose a classic coffee & cream colour scheme for their wedding day so the bridesmaids wore cream dresses from Poppy Bridal and gorgeous flowers by Kathryn Hume complemented these colours. We have worked with Kathryn on many weddings and would not hesitate to recommend her and her gorgeous, artistic floristry.
At St.Andrews Church, Frazer, his best man & ushers were looking a little nervous, although very smart in their suits from Affleck & Moffat, and greeted guests as they arrived for the wedding service. Hannah walked into church on her Dad’s arm and couldn’t wait to grab hold of her groom’s hand at the alter. The service was lovely, and afterwards Hannah & Frazer’s loved ones couldn’t wait to congratulate the happy couple.
The newly weds travelled to their reception with Elite Wedding Cars and enjoyed a bottle of bubbly on the way, before enjoying a walk around Headlam Hall’s stunning grounds. The Edwardian Suite looked amazing! Lisa Charles Venue Styling had provided the room decoration in a natural, shabby-chic style with hessian & lace chair ties and a show-stopper cake by Robineau had everyone’s mouths watering.
Evening entertainment was provided by wedding singer, Paul Moore and everyone had a whale of a time! The dance floor took a battering that night!
Hannah & Frazer have just collected their album and surprised us with a lovely bunch of flowers to say thank you! It means such a lot when we get lovely gifts and messages of thanks! It made our day 🙂
